I returned from having my car serviced and read the report. I specifically asked for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. That didn't happen. I'm very disappointed in your lack of listening to your paying customers.

Service department listened to my issues and ask my input. Everyone was friendly and kept me informed. I even got fresh popcorn while I waited in the wiring area! I world definitely make the 1.5 drive again if I need my car worked on again.

I took my Lexus to a Lexus dealership for repairs,They kept it for 2 weeks and didn’t communicate or call me about repairs needed to fix the problem,Picked it up and brought it to Gene Messer Toyota and had it all fixed within a week,Gene Messer Toyota is a excellent Dealership.

I've taken my RAV4 to this dealership since I moved to Lubbock in 2021. I've always had stellar service. My most recent visit was went beyond my expectations. An issue arose when the service techs were trying to remove a lug for a tire rotation. At first, I was told I would be charged to make the repair. That didn't sound right to me, so I spoke with Stepanie W., one of the managers on duty. I am very satisfied still and at peace with the services I get, made my care safe to drive. The only thing that I am not happy about is that I had ana appointment at 0745 am and got the car at almost 4pm. Gene Messer has the largest inventory and best prices out of every dealership I searched in the West Texas/ New Mexico region. My salesman Andrew was available to do all my paperwork over the phone and online. Andrew was also responded to my text at 11PM just 5 minutes later when I was having an issue with getting my title. I appreciate his dedication to helping me get a new car.

We let him know we were just looking. He did not pressure us in anyway, which is refreshing for a dealership. Arrived for an 9 o’clock appointment was immediately lead in the Service Bay. They took down my information and I told him I would wait for service to be completed in the customer waiting area. The representative told me it would be about one hour.. When the representative came to get me to tell me, my car was ready only 40 minutes at elapsed. My 24 month inspection was completed. They were courteous and respectful. Asked what I needed and didn’t try to sell me anything else. Only problem was they didn’t replace the sticker telling me whet the next oil change is. Had to come back and have it done. Also they had the wrong first name. It’s Louis!

My over all experience was fine, but they were not prompt when my car was done. It was pulled in and then moved up front to let other cars out. I was never alerted my car was finished. I waited 30 more minutes not realizing my car was moved up front and waiting for me. The automated notice of completion could at least be updated if their service staff are “busy” most of them were sitting at their desks, on their cell phones or even online shopping on their work computers.

They did everything they said they were going to do and it was done in a timely manner.
